Solutions Physical Therapy, PLLC provides outpatient physical therapy services to children and adults in the comfort of their own home - whether that's a private home, a senior living facility, or an assisted living facility.  You do not need to be home-bound to qualify for our physical therapy services, which are covered by most major insurances.  Your sessions with Solutions will always be with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and you will receive one-on-one care tailored to fit your needs for the full duration of your visit.  We know the fastest way to recovery is accessible and specialized care - that's why we at Solutions are committed to providing you with comprehensive, individualized care with none of the hassle of driving to a clinic.
